Growing up I was training to become a professional dancer and went to school for it. I come from a family of professional athletes with my dad being a retired professional baseball player and all five of my siblings going to college for a sport I always loved being active. Now, I am a trainer at Tone House, a model with MSA Models and signed with McDonald Selznick Associates Talent Agency.
Why do you EBOOST?
As a trainer, I am expected to show up and be the best part of someoneโs day. As a model, I am expected to show up and make the product look damn good. With help from Eboost daily power up, energy and vitamin shots and spruce daily green powder I can do just that and STILL find time to squeeze my own workout in all in a day’s work.
What is your workout routine?
I always try to mix up my workout routine day-to-day, which is easy living in NYC. Fitness is an ever-evolving state so I would hate to plateau, not take enough time for my body to repair itself or burnout. Typically I like to wake up and do some kind of fasted cardio. Then I mix in pilates, strength training and yoga throughout the week.
What is your typical diet?
I like to stray away from the word diet and make healthy eating a lifestyle. Cheat meals are never a bad thing to me- if Iโm craving something I go for it! This prevents me from binge eating.
I eat breakfast after my first workout and it consists of a protein shake and maybe some egg whites with avocado, depending on how hungry I am.
Lunch/ Dinner I stick with fish or chicken and some green veggies- broccoli and brussels sprouts are my favorite.
I tend to snack on RX bars or a banana with almond butter.
When I have a sweet tooth I eat dark chocolate covered almonds- they’re my favorite!
