What is your typical workout routine in a week?
AD: I typically work out twice a day (lunch and evening) during the weekdays. On the weekends, I’ll do either do one long workout or run. I don’t follow any programming and usually make it up as I go. For example, one day could be Crossfit-style workouts, and the next day could be some powerlifting mixed with bodybuilding.
What is your favorite exercise?
AD: RUNNING. Especially outdoors. Nothing brings me more mental clarity than going for a nice long run.
Why are health and wellness important to you?
AD: It’s essential because I want to live my life to the fullest. I don’t ever want to have to rely on medication or medical aid when I get older. By practicing healthy habits daily, like exercising and eating proper foods. I can protect myself from various ailments, reduce stress, and promote emotional/mental well-being. I’m also a father, so taking care of my health and well-being in front of our daughter is a powerful way to model good habits.
If there is one piece of workout equipment someone can get the most results from, what would you say that is?
AD: Dumbbell. Most versatile, allows total free range of movement, takes up no space, can be done practically anywhere (inside/outside), and you can travel with it if you’re driving out of town.
Describe your diet?
AD: I don’t have or follow any diets. I’m an intuitive eater, so every 3-4 hours, I’ll have a small meal that consists of macro/micronutrients to help fuel my body and recovery.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
AD: Cheeseburger rolls from 813Burgers. Think of an egg roll but all the components of a cheeseburger.

What are your thoughts on recovery days?
AD: They are essential. Muscles need to recover, adapt and become stronger and your nervous system gets a chance to regenerate. Recovery days don’t always mean you have to sit/ lay down all day. You can do something as easy as going for a walk, a casual bike ride, or even some stretching/yoga.
What is your favorite EBOOST product and why?
AD: My favorite product is the EBOOST Pre-Workout, Berry Melon Fizz. I have tried dozens of pre-workouts in my life, and this one checks off all the boxes. Best tasting, clean ingredients, mood enhancer; I love how it dissolves without using a shaker, and it gives me the perfect amount of energy for my workouts. Sometimes I’ll even take it first thing in the morning to get a jumpstart for the day. The time I use it the most though is whenever I’m going to do a long endurance/grit style workout. One scoop gives me plenty of energy and keeps me in the fight without any fatigue.
