EBOOST Ambassador, Joe Buckner took a break from punching the bag to share how he brought working out into his home and his favorite go-to healthy DoorDash order. You know, for when you want to still eat healthy but leave the cooking to someone else.
E: How are you staying fit without being able to go to the gym?
JB: I purchased a Peloton and I happen to own a gym so I can bop in anytime and punch stuff.
E: What is your go-to workout people can do at home?
JB: 3 – 2 min rounds of shadow boxing or jumping rope
10 rounds of :
- 10 pushups
- 10 squats
- 10 sit-ups
E: What is your favorite ‘easy button’ meal to make at home?
JB: DoorDash of Damn Good Tacos
E: When ordering Door Dash/Uber Eats, how do you make sure you order a healthy meal?
JB: I go to my go to of Mod Market Roasted Chicken, sweet potatoes and roasted veggies
E: What is keeping you motivated right now?
JB: Legacy. I am working to break generational curses.
E: What is your favorite healthy snack?
JB: Avocado sliced up with blueberries and pink Himalayan salt.
E: What is your favorite EBOOST product right now and why?

E: What does your morning routine look like (if you have one)?
JB: Up at 3:45 am. Drink 20 oz of water. Drink 8 oz of green juice. Write 10 things I’m grateful for. Read 10 pages minimum and then head to my studio to coach.
E: If there is one piece of equipment someone could get the most results from while working out at home (or the local park), what would it be?
JB: Jump rope or Kettlebell.
E: What is your motto right now?
JB: All gas, no brakes. I’m coming for everything that I want in this life and the next.
