Kyle Axman: Flywheel Instructor, NYC
Born and raised in Atlantic Beach, NY, Kyle Axman never strays too far from the beach. After studying Musical Theatre at the University of Miami, he went straight to NYC to pursue an acting career. You may have seen him in Tony Nสผ Tinaสผs Wedding Off-Bway or in a commercial for Subway, Axe, People Magazine, or Matrix Biologe, to name a few. When heสผs not pounding the pavement in the acting biz, heสผs pounding his handlebars at Flywheel sports to some bangerz, providing a fun/athletic experience for people of all shapes/sizes!

EBOOST is the perfect way to get me through a day of 4+ fitness classes without feeling cracked out like other pre-workouts on the market. Itโs a clean pick-me-up with no crash and tastes like candy!
What is your workout routine?
Outside of teaching 12 Flywheel classes a week, youสผll find me on the grind in the NYC fitness scene. Huge fan of Rumble Boxing, Barryสผs Bootcamp, Tonehouse, Brick, Fhitting Room, and City Row. With any strength and HIIT training regimen, you gotta cut it with some yoga/pilates – Yogamaya is my Namaste casa. Always trying new studios and classes so if ya wanna go on a fitness outing, HMU!
What is your typical diet?
Canสผt start my day without my morning smoothie, consisting of banana, berries, dates, kale, coconut oil, flax/chia seeds, plant-based protein, almond milk, and some STRONG coffee. Throughout the day iสผm typically fueling my body with some EBOOST POW (obv), BCAAs, protein bars, and nuts. Lunch, usually a salad or a wrap, and dinner, a lean protein (grilled chick, turk burg, salmon), some quinoa/shrooms and a juicy sweet potato. Dark chocolate covered almonds are my anti-drug…and tequila.
