Meet Eboost Ambassador Sam Poryanda
Sam Poryanda is from Branford, Connecticut – now living in NYC. Fitness has always been a major part of his life. Sam was a walk on rower to HCMR with no prior experience, was captain and competed on the national level. Since post-grad, Sam has been a consistent top finisher in many road races, triathlons, CrossFit events, and other competitions. He looks forward to continuing his use of EBOOST products to take my fitness to the next level.
With EBOOST products in hand, what does your typical workout routine look like?
My typical workout routine involves a lot of cross-functional exercises. I am a daily competitor at CrossFit NYC in the morning and spend my nights either running, swimming, doing yoga, or in my basketball league. On the weekends, I plan my long runs and bike rides. My routine is consistently changing depending on the competition I am pursuing at the time.
What type of diet do you stick to?
I eat pretty consistently across the board, eggs/avocado/oatmeal in the morning, ground turkey and veggies/beans for lunch and chicken/salmon and veggies for dinner. I stay away from processed foods and those high in sugar. My go-to snack is PRIME with a piece of fruit and some nuts.
Why did you choose to be an EBOOST Ambassador?
I have tried many nutritional supplements across my athletic career, however, EBOOST is the one product line that supports all of my needs. From energy to recovery and many other areas of well-being, EBOOST has consistently created top-notch products that support the whole athlete.
What is your favorite EBOOST product? Why?
I love EBOOST’s SUPER POWDER, Acai Pomegranate. It is a great pick-me-up in the morning, and cheaper than coffee! I’ve also leveraged it as a pre-workout when I’m feeling sick as it’s packed with vitamins and minerals.
