Ever wonder what an athlete’s workouts look like? This is one of the reasons why we like to share with each of you the inside scoop on our EBOOST Ambassador lives. They offer great tips, what they eat in a day and some workouts they enjoy. But have you taken the time to listen to their tips or try one of their workouts? Most recently,ย Alejandro Terrazas shared a workout he really enjoys and we think you should take it for a spin too!
