Meet the newest EBOOST Ambassador Christina Pazcoguin:
I grew up as a ballerina and performer. Fitness has always been so important to me. I was always looking for ways to keep myself in peak condition. Working out regularly helped me stay strong when I was dancing and is such a joy to help others live a healthy active lifestyle now. I’ve been in the NYC fitness scene or 5 years and you can find me at Pure Barre NYC or on the Megaformer at SLT.
Why do you EBOOST?
EBOOST has been a game changer. I feel fueled to teach 3-4 classes in a row and then I can still have the power to kick my own butt! xo
How has EBOOST changed or supported your lifestyle?
Eboost has been the new helper behind the scenes. As my lifestyle is always on the go and schedule changes every week, it’s great to have a secret weapon when I feel like I didn’t get all my supplements or vitamins in.
I love PRIME and POW. I have added these two bad boys to my day. When I need it, I’ll refuel with a SHOT.
What is your workout routine?
I practice what I preach: I take both Pure Barre and SLT classes about 4-5 times a week. I love to add in one day where I switch it up and work out with another fitness pro maybe doing HITT or I love boxing classes.
What is your typical diet?
I try to fuel my body properly:
Breakfast: eggs, avocado, spinach, sweet potatoes
If I have a super early morning of training clients or classes I will sub in a PRIME protein shake.
Lunch: A huge salad with lots of protein and healthy fats. When I’m on the go I love the “Balance Box” from Pret 👍
Dinner: Generally some sort of fish with vegetables. Sometimes this also gets subbed for fish tacos.
