Meet EBOOST Ambassador Ava Jo
Tell us a little about yourself, Ava Jo…
Growing up in Los Angeles, I was always aware of my health and appearance. I became very passionate about fitness, health, and wellness and decided to further educate myself about these fields. I started to try different exercise classes and experimented with my diet and cooking. After moving to New York and indulging in all the different workout studios, I started my own health & wellness Instagram account (@theavajoway). I began attending influencer events, meeting people in the field, and was exposed to all sorts of new brands. Currently, I am planning and hosting three upcoming influencer events at different studios.
What is your favorite EBOOST product?
I love the Super Powder because this is a product that I can incorporate into my daily routine. It also has a range of benefits: it helps with concentration, improves mood and also can cure hangovers. I think this product is the most relatable powder that EBOOST offers and that anyone could benefit from.

What does your workout routine look like?
My workout routine varies every week. I try to have three days of high-intensity training and cardio (i.e. boxing, running, bootcamps). I also enjoy one day of low impact sculpting (i.e. barre, dance sculpting, yoga). I like to go to the gym once a week with my own workout routine. I always start with cardio on the treadmill for 35 minutes and then complete my workout with weight training. Sometimes I will enjoy yoga three times a week, depending on my stress level or soreness.
What do you typically eat in a day?
My breakfast usually consists of an RX bar or two hard-boiled eggs. I also like to enjoy my caffeine (typically matcha lattes) before noon. Lunch is usually a large salad with many vegetables, a protein, and avocado. Dinner varies depending on if I cook or go out to dinner. I try to have protein in every meal (i.e. chicken, fish, red meat, etc.). My snacks range; either a protein bar, almond butter with an apple, mixed nuts or hummus.
I’ve tried many different types of supplements and pre-workout powders but there was always something not right. Some made me very jittery and hyper. I found myself absolutely exhausted after a workout from exerting way too much energy. After I tried EBOOST’s Pow pre-workout, I didn’t feel all of these previous negative effects. I felt energized yet stable. The supplement industry can be very intimidating and I think EBOOST has done a wonderful job of using their branding and packaging to counter this misconception. I’d love to share this brand with my followers and believe people will truly reap the benefits of each product.
