Meet EBOOST Ambassador Brianna Kohn
I am a 24-year-old trainer at SWITCH playground! I moved to NYC to attend Pace University where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance. Being a dancer my goal was to make sure my body and mind were always in tip top shape. Today, I can proudly say I have maintained that goal and I will continue to be the best version of myself!
What is Your Workout Routine?
When I’m not teaching I am constantly taking classes. You can find me taking classes at SWITCH PLAYGROUND & FHITTING ROOM. I try to take class every single day.
Favorite Workout Equipment?
My favorite piece of workout equipment would be the SKIIERG which not only gives me a killer arm workout but also an amazing core workout as well.
What are your thoughts on rest days? Are you a believer in active recovery?
I believe very strongly in rest days. I’m constantly building muscle when I workout so it’s very important I give my body time to recover. I make sure I’m taking at least 2-3 yoga/ strength classes a week for my body to recover!
What is Your Typical Diet?
I don’t follow a specific meal program or meal prep but I will tell you I stay away from Dairy. Also, I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make sure I am drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day.
What is Your Favorite EBOOST Product? Flavor?
My favorite product is the Berry melon fizz pow. Before I was introduced to pre-workout I would have a triple espresso which I knew wasn’t good for me but I needed the extra energy. I now keep a POW with me at all times so that I’m getting my energy the healthy way.
