Meet the newest EBOOST Ambassador Juan Hidalgo
Juan Hidalgo was born and raised in Venezuela and is currently a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor in New York City, specializing in strength and cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and core endurance. He’s been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and was nominated as one of the “Best Instructors of 2017” by Classpass.

What is your workout routine?
10min. on Elliptical (warm-up)
Going for 4 Rounds:
25 Push Ups
20KB Goblet Squats
24 alternating dumbbell snatches
50 single-leg jump rope
20 toes to bar
Stretch and Foam Roll.
What is your typical diet?
Breakfast/Before training: coffee and grapefruit.
Post Workout: 6 egg whites/broccoli and 2 slices of flourless bread.
Snack: 2 rice cakes with almond butter.
Lunch: grilled chicken, broccoli/cauliflower, and 8oz. brown rice.
Snack: Protein Shake.
Dinner: fish, asparagus, avocado.
