Meet the newest EBOOST Ambassador Denvre Couts.
I grew up in a small town called Mustang, Oklahoma and made the big move to the big city back in 2014! New York has been an adventure and inspiration for every area of my life… music, modeling… love, AY! Where does fitness fit into all of this? It’s connected to it all! The physical discipline that it takes to persevere and achieve is the same discipline it takes for me to wake up and write a song, to not settle in relationships, and mostly to not underestimate myself.
Why do you EBOOST?
EBOOST PRIME protein is my favorite! It takes me from skinny to STRONG while satisfying my chocolate cravings!
What is your workout routine?
I workout at my local gym, Blink Fitness, 5 times a week. Each day focusing on an isolated area to get the most focused results. I enjoy strength training over cardio, so I’ll make sure and sign up for a cycling/boxing/HIIT class once a week! Everybody fights and Soul Cycle being some of my favorites. Generally, I’ll try to get in a yoga class on Saturdays which is a nice way to recover from a week of training.
What is your typical diet?
I start my morning off with hot water and lemon. Typically having an EBOOST PRIME protein smoothie for breakfast, post work out. Lunch and dinner consist of greens, a mix of my favorite veggies, and an animal protein.. most likely chicken. My friends laugh at how obsessed I am with chicken.
