What is your workout routine?
I am a member of Equinox. I go to the gym every morning at 5:30 AM before I head to work. I have found that starting my day at the gym energizes my mind and body for the day ahead. I also workout at studios such as Soul Cycle, Physique 57, Studio B and Everybody Fights NYC. I love working out with other individuals in the fitness community who motivate me. It is truly amazing how other individuals inspire me to never give up, even if I feel weak.
What is your typical diet?
As a dancer and fitness enthusiast, I have found it extremely important to be a disciplined eater. This doesn’t mean “dieting”. It simply means living a “healthy lifestyle”. Here is what I eat throughout the day:
Breakfast: RX Bar with a tablespoon of Whole Foods Natural Peanut Butter
Lunch: Salad or Acai Bowl
Dinner: Protein (either fish or tofu), whole grain (quinoa), salad or vegetable
Dessert: Piece of dark chocolate (I have a sweet tooth)
