What is your workout routine?
I teach several group fitness formats including R.I.P.P.E.D., Dance Fitness, Upper Body Sculpt, Butts & Guts, Pop Pilates, Kickboxing. I also do strength training and boxing in addition to my classes.
What is your typical diet?
I follow a Blood Sugar Stabilization plan. No sugar. Eat protein, fat, and carbohydrates at every meal. Example for Breakfast – Omelet with grapefruit, Snack – Eboost protein shake with some almonds, Lunch – chicken, avocado, and salad, Dinner – chicken or fish and vegetables.
