Can you believe it? It has already been 19 years since that day happened. A day when we all woke up thinking it was a day like many others. But sadly, peopleโs lives changed significantlyโSeptember 11th, 2001.
Remember today and honor today. It is a day that so many of us remember exactly what we were doing when the first plane crashed into the twin towers.
Remember. Honor.
This workout is to honor and remember those who had their lives taken. Whether it was from what started as just another day at the office, stepping onto an airplane, or doing everything in their power to try to save others.
It is important that we each play our part.
