We have said it before and we will say it again. You donโt necessarily need equipment or any fancy pieces of machinery to get in a good workout. Your body is all you need to break a sweat, increase your endurance, and get stronger. Try these work from home workouts.
Today we are sharing five different workouts that require not a single piece of equipment.
20 Minute Workout
- Complete 1 round of 6 squats + 12 Sit-ups
- Rest 30 seconds
- Complete 2 rounds of 6 squats + 12 Sit-ups
- Rest 30 seconds
- Complete 3 rounds of 6 squats + 12 Sit-ups
- Rest 30 seconds
- Complete 4 rounds of 6 squats + 12 Sit-ups
- Rest 30 seconds
- Complete 5 rounds of 6 squats + 12 Sit-ups
- Rest 30 seconds
- Keep adding a round until 20 minutes is complete
Complete For Time
- 100 Jumping Lunges
- Every Minute on the Minute Complete 5 Burpees
Scale to regular lunges if needed and scale back the burpees if needed
30-25-20-15-5
- Russian Twists (grab an object as a weight to make more challenging)
- Plank Jacks
- Glute Bridge
To perform this workout, complete 30 repetitions of each exercise, then 25 of each exercise, etc.
5 Rounds For Time
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Lunges
- 30 Air Squats
- 40 Sit-ups
20 Minute Workout
- 5 Reverse Burpees
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Speed Skaters
- 20 High Knees
- 25 Sit-ups
- 30 Air Squats
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
