It is easy and it is okay to slip up every now and then, just as long as it isn’t a consistent thing. Complete 10 Rounds or as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes.
If you are looking for more of a challenge strength-wise, to add to the cardiovascular element of this workout, then try adding a dumbbell your sumo squats and static lunges.ย
