1. Full Sit-Up (8 reps)
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Engage your core as you sit up, bringing your chest towards your knees. Slowly lower back down to the starting position with control.
2. Alternating V-Ups (8 reps)
Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead. Lift your legs and upper body simultaneously, reaching your hands towards your toes. Alternate sides with each rep to target your obliques.
3. Half Jack Knife (8 reps)
