Something a lot of people are facing when needing to workout at home is to have the right equipment to do soโat least they don’t think they have the right equipment. They are mistaken though. There are plenty of household items you probably have that can be a great substitute for more traditional workout equipment, like a chair, a broom, a water bottle, a cinder block, etc.
