Many people like to start off their Thanksgiving with a workout, whether it is a Turkey trot, a Thanksgiving workout at their local fitness center, or maybe not even working out at all (which is totally fine). If you missed the Turkey Trot this morning and your morning workout, fear not. We have a workout planned out that you can do right in your very own home. Maybe you can even recruit some family members to join you. And we all know that Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks so with this at home workout, set the intention of giving thanks to your body for being strong and getting you through this sweaty workout.
Give Thanks Workout
This workout takes 30 minutes, if you don’t have 30 minutes, then just complete one round which will then make this a 15-minute workout. Either way, it is a great workout.
Complete Each Exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15-second rest. Before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 2 rounds for a 30-minute workout.
