We all celebrate Halloween a little differently. Some of us are walking around the neighborhood with our children while they trick or treat, some of us are hitting up a Halloween party, some of us are passing out candy and some of us are just relaxing at home like any other night. Whatever type of Halloween celebrator you are, one of these Halloween workouts is just for you.
Candy Workout
This workout is for those that take their children trick or treating. After your kids are all done trick or treating then it is time to sort the candy and see what your workout will be. Each piece of candy will fit into one of the categories. For example, if you have five pieces of hard candy then you will do 10 burpees.
Halloween After-Party Workout
First and foremost if you are heading to Halloween party, then we highly suggest grabbing a SUPER POWDER beforehand and giving that a chug or make some healthier cocktails and mocktails with our SUPER POWDER and SUPER FUEL. Halloween Homebody Workout
This workout is perfect for those that like to stay in whether they are celebrating Halloween or not, as you can do it right in your living room and it does not require any equipment at all.
Perform each exercise for 1 minute before moving on to the next.
Burpees
Air Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Repeat these 4 exercises 5 times through, equally a 20-minute workout. Now take your POW and get after it!
