‘Tis the season to gathering your friends for tailgating or sitting in front of the TV for some football watching.
When you think of watching football, both college, and NFL, what comes to mind? Drinking beer? Fried food? Cheering and booing all in one breathe? Well, watching football doesn’t have to be all about every unhealthy activity imaginable.
In fact, we actually like working out while watching a football game. It is a great way to make use of your time and multi-task a bit too! This workout is designed specifically if you are watching a football game from your living room. The style of it can be a bit lengthy so feel free to break it up to just focus on a particular quarter of the game and not the whole thing. If you are up to the ultimate challenge, then get ready to work out a few hours during the whole duration of the game!
