Yeah, that song–The 12 Days of Christmas. Well, we have a workout for you that goes along with this very song!
This workout can be done right in your very own home. No need for fancy equipment, just you and your POW!
You will be doing each one of these exercises as if you are singing the 12 Days of Christmas song. Don’t worry we will help you through the first few.
12 Days of Christmas At-Home Workout
Day 1 – 100m Run
Day 2 – 2 Triceps Dips
Day 3 – 3 Reverse Burpees
Day 4 – 4 Inch Worms
Day 5 – 5 Burpees
Day 6 – 6 Plyo Lunge
Day 7 – 7 Squats
Day 8 – 8 Mountain Climbers
Day 9 – 9 High Jumps
Day 10 – 10 Sit Ups
Day 11 – 11 Push Ups
Day 12 – 12 Shadow Boxing
On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a 100m Run (run 100 meters). On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me, 2 triceps dips and a 100m run (perform 2 triceps dips and a 100m run). On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me, 3 reverse burpees, 3 triceps dips and a 100m run… complete until you reach all 12 days.
