75 lateral pumpkin jump-overs
50 pumpkin push presses
100 pumpkin goblet squats
50 pumpkin sit-ups

P-U-M-P-K-I-N Workout
On pieces of papers, write one letter on each paper. On 4 other pieces of paper write the numbers 10, 15, 20, and 25. Make two piles. One with the mixed up letter pieces of paper and one with the mixed up numbers pieces of paper. Each round, draw a piece of paper from each pile. Try to complete at least 10 rounds.
P – Push Ups
U – Up-down plank for one minute
M – Mountain climbers
P – Plie squats
K – Kneeling kickbacks
I – Inchworms
N – Narrow-stance squats
