Working out and getting fit is usually a bit easier than we are finding it to be now. You used to be able to just roll into your class and have the instructor tell you what to do. With a pandemic on our hands and the need for us to stay inside getting more critical, working out at home can just feel awful and having the motivation at an all-time low.
We suggest looking at working out at home, just like you looked at working out at a gym, fitness studio, etc. Sign up for a time or pretend to sign up for a time and just put it in your schedule that you will be doing a workout at 8am, for example. That way you can’t let the day get the best of you and keep pushing off the workout until later just to find yourself not even doing one.
You also don’t need to resort to coming up with your own workout. There are tons of trainers and studios providing workouts online or live via Facebook, Instagram, and Zoom. If you follow us on Instagram you might have noticed that we have even been offering Instagram Live workouts every day with people from our EBOOST community leading them.
In addition, if you are looking to find new ways to workout at home and keep motivated by others, then we suggest checking out a few different apps that will provide you more workouts than you even want.
