The weekends can be for relaxing but the weekends can also become some of the busiest days of our week. If you don’t have time to sign up for your favorite workout class or pop into the gym for an hour, we have the answer for you. All you need for this workout is 20 minutes, a little bit of space, your body, and some of your favorite music playing always helps.
If you have been a reader for a while, then you know if the workout is shorter in length then you better be ready to workout as hard as you can for twenty-minute minutes. Leave all the stress from the week to just pour out of your body during this twenty-minute workout. HIIT workouts usually have a 10-second rest for every 20-seconds, well we are giving you the 10-seconds of rest in this workout but stepping up the difficulty a bit and allowing only 10-seconds of rest for 50-seconds of rest.
Perform for the exercise for the first 50-seconds and then immediately rest for 10-seconds, before moving on to the next minute. Each exercise you will start at the top of the minute and do as many repetitions as you can for 50-seconds, then rest the remainder of the minute (which is 10-seconds) before moving on to the next exercise. This workout works your whole body. When you hit 50 seconds in each of those minutes your muscles and/or lungs should be burning.

Minute 1: Squats
Minute 2: Push-ups
Minute 3: Jump Squats
Minute 4: Sip-Ups
Minute 5: Plank
Repeat 3 more times to equal 20 minutes.
If you are moving as fast as you can to where you are completely exhausting yourself, then feel free to rest for one after complete each 5 minute round.
