A huge congrats to all of you that participated in our #fitnessholidaychallenge. You should all be very proud of yourselves for dedicating your time and commitment to our 4-week challenge.
See the challenge was all about getting yourself on a plan, a schedule, a discipline or whatever you want to call it before all of the holidays rush in. Too many of us fall off the tracks as soon as Thanksgiving rolls around. We aren’t necessarily saying this is a bad thing because, in the end, you have to do what is best for you. But if you are someone that always regrets year after year letting the craze of the holidays get the best of your schedule, then implementing something before the holidays is a great base to work from, instead of just trying to play catch up after the fact–playing catch up never really works.
These 4-weeks were designed for you to take the knowledge, workouts, and recipes used to go beyond these 4-weeks. They are designed for you to keep up with them, meaning you can cycle through them all over again and through the end of the year.

Of course, we aren’t ghosting you. We will still be here giving you daily tips, tricks, education, recipes and more–stay tuned because every year is always better than the last.
