Sure, it may take 20 minutes of HIIT to burn off one little mini Cadbury Creme Egg –– however, you should know by now that we are all about balance here at EBOOST. What is Easter without an Easter basket of chocolate covered bunnies, Peeps, and a little pie? Oh yeah, we can’t forget about your loved one adding some EBOOST to your basket this year. This marks 10 minutes, repeat one more time through to hit your 20-minute Easter candy crushing workout!
