This weekend’s workout all you need is yourself and a little bit of space.

No weights. No equipment. Just a timer and maybe a mat.

Your 35-Minute Weekend Sweaty Session

Complete all repetitions of one exercise for one minute before moving to the next. As soon as you have completed the whole round repeat until you have gone through the list of exercises five times.
