For a lot of people, their motivation is out the window. A lot of this can be blamed on the pandemic. After working out for 10 minutes, you will immediately feel more energized, more mobile, more productive, and most likely in a better mood. We aren’t talking quite the same after a runner’s high but certainly better than before when you were doing nothing at all. Plus, these small workouts can really help you start forming those habits you are longing to get back into anyway. It is truly a win-win.
Even though you won’t probably notice immediate benefits from working out just 10 minutes a day, think long-term here. Check back in with yourself in 6 months to a year.
