If you love running on the treadmill, taking a stroll on the elliptical or like a grueling spin class, we bet you have a favorite treadmill, elliptical or bike. When you walk in the gym and see your favorite cardio machine is open it is like your favorite Christmas morning. If your machine is taken, how many of you do laps to figure out how much time they have left to see if you can do some light stretching while stalking your cardio machine hardcore so that you can snag it as soon as they are done? Hey, we don’t see anything wrong with this. 😉
