Day 6: Steady Pace Cardio
Today you may be feeling a bit more beat up than normal. When we feel this way it is a good idea to still keep moving to break up all that lactic acid that is trying to build up. Today’s workout is designed to keep your body moving while increasing your heart rate and encouraging blood flow without challenging the body too hard.
Treadmill Steady Cardio
5 minutes warm up, walking 2.5-4.0mph 0% incline
5 minutes jog, 4.0-7.0mph
5 minutes walking, 2.5-4.0mph, 5% incline
5 minutes jog, 4.0-7.0mph
5 minutes walking, 2.5-4.0mph, 6% incline
5 minutes jog, 4.0-7.0mph
5 minutes walking, 2.5-4.0mph, 7% incline
5 minutes jog, 4.0-7.0mph
5 minutes walking, 2.5-4.0mph, 6% incline
5 minutes jog, 4.0-7.0mph
5 minutes walking, 2.5-4.0mph, 5% incline
5 minutes cool down,ย walking 2.5-4.0mph 0% incline
