The last evening of a long weekend can be a drag. You are thinking of having to go back to work tomorrow, adult again and well just face your M-F weekly reality. Your Sunday (or in this case Monday) evenings before going back to work don’t have to be a drag. Simply speaking do what you love. If you love work then you won’t have these feelings. But if you can’t have that reality right now, then try these easy tips to easy cure a bad mood.
Take these tips into action and fill your day tomorrow with happy emoji instead of the more depressing ones.
Take a long walk.
The weather is turning better and better by the day. Round out a weekend with a nice walk. Chances are the fresh air will brighten your mood. Step it up another level and listen to your favorite music or podcast while on your walk too!
Grab a snack.
Sometimes a bad mood can stem from hunger. I know I seriously get a case of the ‘hangries’ when I am hungry. Reach for your favorite snack, or whip up something in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking or baking. Grab some Spruce and mix it with unsweetened almond milk to boost your mood and veggie servings.

Instead of scrolling through cat videos on your feed, search for an inspiring speech or TED talk associated with passions in your life. Or just TED talks in generalโ youโll instantly want to go out and change the world. Or maybe you just need to see a ton of cute puppies or adorable babies.
