If you are someone that goes to the gym on the reg, then we’d bet you do more than half of these ‘4 Things Every Gym Addict Secretly Does’. Let’s face it, we may have even done all of these things before too.

“You Can’t Sit Here”

If you love running on the treadmill, taking a stroll on the elliptical or like a grueling spin class, we bet you have a favorite treadmill, elliptical or bike. When you walk in the gym and see your favorite cardio machine is open it is like your favorite Christmas morning. If your machine is taken, how many of you do laps to figure out how much time they have left to see if you can do some light stretching while stalking your cardio machine hardcore so that you can snag it as soon as they are done? You might even give them the okay to not wipe it down. Let’s see those hands!

We get it. That machine that is at the perfect angle to people watch is the creme de la creme.

Even if you see the hottest guy or girl on a dating app or at the bar and you are convinced it is love at first sight… however, as soon as you find out they don’t work out you are immediately less interested and make every excuse to leave the scene.

We understand the importance of living an active healthy life, as much as you do.

Who cares if you wear the same clothes to work week after week. How about those workout clothes? We bet you have enough to not repeat an outfit for a month and we aren’t talking about cheap tanks. Do you spend more money on workout clothes and food than anything else in your life (except maybe rent and a car)? You got to look good while sweating!
