We are joining in with the rest of the country and joining in on the ‘X Days of Christmas’ fun that so many brands we know are having a blast participating in. In EBOOST fashion, we are participating in a way that gets to you take on a little mini challenge each day until it is Christmas Day. If you someone that does not celebrate Christmas, that is totally fine and you can totally do this challenge along with us too!
This mini-challenge starts today and ends December 24th. Challenge yourself to see how many of these challenges you can complete. If you aren’t able to complete a challenge or can’t complete the challenge without adding a modification, then this is a great way to set a goal for yourself for the near future to be able to complete one of the mini-challenges you are unable to complete at this time.
14 Days of Christmas Workout EBOOST Mini Challenge
Day 1 – 100 sit-ups
Day 2 – 200 air squats
Day 3 – 150 push-ups
Day 4 – 1 bodyweight squat
Day 5 – 50 pull-ups
Day 6 – 5 minute plank hold
Day 7 – 100 burpees
Day 8 – 200 sit-ups
Day 9 – 400 air squats
Day 10 – 300 push-ups
Day 11 – 1 double your weight deadlift
Day 12 – 75 pull-ups
Day 13 – 150 burpees
Day 14 – 250 sit-ups
Today is Christmas, treat yourself to a pat on the back for a job well done leading up to the day and celebrate with a rest day to enjoy your family and friends.
***You can break up the mini challenge however you want, aka you can complete some repetitions in the morning and some in the evening. You do not have to complete them all at once, however, you must complete all repetitions within the same day the mini challenge is scheduled for.
