How many of you have probably consumed coffee every day of your adult life? You’ve probably contemplated giving up coffee many times but have never fully stop because you cherish the taste of it each morning ritual or really enjoy meeting friends in the afternoons for coffee. Coffee is something that you identify with, so if you give it up you are agreeing to get rid of a part of who you are. No one ever really likes to do this but maybe it really isn’t something that is good for you, even when you think it is.
Well, I decided to quit coffee and only drink SUPER POWDER for 20 days so that you don’t have to and here is what I learned:
They are real and they are not fun. The good news is–they are only temporary. Replacing coffee with SUPER POWDER is still giving your body some caffeine so the headaches aren’t as bad as you may think. However, I do guarantee you are probably consuming less caffeine if you are drinking SUPER POWDER instead of coffee. How many cups of coffee do you consume a day? Probably a lot. Drinking one serving of SUPER POWDER is significantly less caffeine than all the cups of coffee you drink. Plus, it is caffeine from green coffee seed, which are the raw seeds of coffee cherries that have been separated and have yet to be roasted.
Anxiety Decreased… BIG TIME
This really was the winner for me. I knew I had anxiety and remember not having it my whole life but I didn’t realize how dependent those feelings were to coffee. Before SUPER POWDER, I would get anxious during the day. A lot of the time it would seem like it came from nowhere. I would catch my heart racing just from walking my dog or checking some emails. Don’t get me wrong some emails can send anxiety skyrocketing but these were emails that should not do that. Also, if I would feel anxious about very appropriate things, I felt like I had no control over it as if it was just spiraling out of control. After two weeks of no coffee and only SUPER POWDER, my out of control anxiety went away. This alone is why I wished I kicked my coffee habit sooner in my life.
It is funny, I would always reach to coffee for energy, but really it was doing the opposite for me. Sure it gives me the initial boost but I fully recognized that the boost would last shorter and shorter each time leaving me with ‘needing’ more or needing a nap. I literally gained more energy from drinking SUPER POWDER than drinking coffee as soon as the faint headaches, in the beginning, went away. Saved All The Money
Have you ever sat down and added up how much you spend on coffee a month. I did and it shocked me.
