Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?
It is the beginning of the month and we are already into the busy holiday seasons, so why not add a challenge to your day. I am talking only consuming a small fraction of your day.
Seriously though, adding a challenge into the month of December will hold you accountable. The best time to be held accountable is during the busiest time. When we are busy we tend to not stay as committed to our workouts, but I bet you can stay committed to this one. It is quick challenging and will give you results in a little amount of time with the one workout move that surely everyone has a love-hate relationship with – yeah, burpees. I know, I know, I feel the same way. I bet you wouldn’t do them without this challenge, though.
Get up and start day one right now. Who cares if you are already in your PJs, day one will be a breeze to do. What is most important is that you did it.
