For some people, Sunday is a day of rest. I love a good rest day or at least a day where I don’t have a strict agenda and go about my day how I please. This day for me is usually Sundays. I wake up when I want to, treat myself to some breakfast out, do some errands, grab lunch with a friend, clean the house, watch a movie and then it’s time for bed. Having a day that is carefree is helpful to balance out the days that seem a bit out of our control.
A lot of the time Sunday is a complete rest day from working out too. There are times, though, when a workout seems fitting in my planned nonscheduled day – ha yeah I know that sounds contradicting. On the days that a workout just feels right, I don’t like to stick to a gym’s schedule or motivate myself. Something I can do at home that is quick and easy, seems to work perfectly on days like this.
Try this at home workout, that lasts for 10 minutes or less, gets your heart pumping and your body a little sweaty.
