Making chia seed pudding (porriage, paste, or whatever the buzzword is of the day) is literally one of the easiest things you can do and guess what? Yup, it is super healthy! Anyone can do it, even the laziest person or someone who has ‘noย time’.
Chia Seed Pudding Recipe for the Lazy Morning Person
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 serving dairy free yogurt
pinch of stevia
toppings galore
- coconut flakes
- granola
- raw local honey
- spirulina
- berries
Instructions
The night before put 1 serving yogurt into a bowl and add 1 TBS chia seeds. Mix.
In the morning, mix the chia seeds up again, add some dairy free milk if it seems pretty thick.
Add spirulina and stevia to take away the strong spirulina taste.
Then dress with all of your favorite toppings.
