3 St. Patrick’s Day Themed Green Smoothies
Shamrock Shake
ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract (if you really like mint, add some more)
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein (optional)
instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass to serve.
Leprechaun Juice
ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1/4 medium zucchini
- 1 lime, peeled
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/4 medium cucumber
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 small handful of ice cubes
instructions
- Juice all the ingredients except the avocado and ice.
- Pour the juice into a blender, along with the avocado flesh and ice, and blend until smooth.
Four Leaf Clover Green Power Smoothie
ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 peeled orange
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 carrot, peeled
- honey to taste or tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small handful of ice cubes
instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass to serve.
