Lisa Lillien, or better known as Hungry Girl, is a New York Times bestselling author and the creator of the Hungry Girl Brand. Lisa is a typical woman facing the same food issues most females struggle with every day. She is not a nutritionist; she’s just obsessed with food, how wonderful it is, and how much of it she can eat and still fit into her pants.
We were instantly drawn to Lisa’s charisma and real desire for delicious food that doesn’t make the scale start creeping up. Seriously, she really is that passionate. We can go on for days but let’s let Hungry Girl herself tell all on why she wanted to collab with us.
E: Why did you want to collaborate with us?
HG: I wanted to collaborate with EBOOST because I had been such a huge fan of the SUPER POWDER for so long! I was drinking it every single day and loving how I was feeling, so I thought it would be great to help develop a product based on the SUPER POWDER that incorporates the collagen I was adding to it every day, for healthy hair, skin & nails!
E: Why did you create this product?
HG: I created Hungry Girl YOUR DAILY BRIGHT BOOST because I thought it was something that people need in their lives โ a way to add vitamins, immunity, energy, and beauty with one amazing drink mix. I love it so much, and I drink it every single day of my life!
E: What are ways you like to use this product in your own life? How do you recommend others to use it?
HG: I drink it every morning โ usually very early (6am). It usually replaces my morning coffee but sometimes I have coffee as well. Iโm not a huge coffee drinker. I much prefer drinking Hungry Girl YOUR DAILY BRIGHT BOOST! I like to do different things with it. Sometimes I drink it with water, lots of ice, a little fiber powder, and a splash of juice. Other times I make little recipes with it using frozen fruit. So easy and so delicious.
E: What is a fun fact you can share with us about yourself that most people might not know?
HG: In my former lifeโฆ before I Hungry Girlโฆ I was a teen fanzine editor. Instead of writing about food, I was writing about cute boys from TV and pop starsโฆ ๐
E: How do you like to stay active?
HG: I am very active. I go through different exercise and activity phases โ but these days I am walking a lot. I walk over 30,000 steps every day, which is about 12 miles. Not only do I walk outside but I also do something called โHousewalking,โ which is exactly what it sounds likeโฆ walking around the house. I donโt really like sitting, so I walk around while Iโm working and having meetings, talking on the phone, etc. It keeps my energy level up!
