St. Patrick’s Day is here and what better way to celebrate (except some green beer, corned beef, and cabbage of course) than a workout to get your day started out on a healthy note. To celebrate this year, we have created a workout that each letter of St. Patrick’s Day tells you what exercises you will be completing. Technically this is called an acrostic workout. Each of the exercises that are spelled out you are going to perform 17 repetitions of the exercise since St. Patrick’s Day is on the 17th it only seems fitting. Plus, don’t skip on scrolling all the way to the bottom to find a nice refreshing post-workout Mint Green Smoothie recipe.
