It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t share with you a healthier alternative, like a smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to show someone you care for their well-being. Plus, these smoothies are delicious, creamy, packed full of nutrients, and are on theme in color that your Valentine will think it is delicious even if it is healthy. All three of these smoothie recipes are perfect for two people and can be used for breakfast, a snack or dessert so grab your straws and enjoy together.
Heart Beets
2 oranges, skin removed, cut in half
1.5 bananas or two small bananas
1 cup coconut milk
1 medium-sized beet, Washed, Ends cut off
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup water
1 serving protein powder, we recommend PRIME
instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with fresh berries.

serves 2
ingredients
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
