I have certainly have had days, when it is time to dinner and realizing I haven’t even eaten a single vegetable all day. I know I can’t be the only one. Do you find it harder some days to eat your vegetables? A trick that works well for me is sneaking them into my protein shakes after my workouts. A go-to of mine for years is always to add in tons of frozen spinachโyou never taste it! I also, like to swap out spinach for kale to keep up the variety. Another sneaky way to get some vegetables into m protein shakes lately is adding EBOOST SPRUCE! SPRUCE is made with 1.5 servings of vegetables, so at the end of the day, I at least know I have gotten some into my body.
Here are 3 protein smoothies that I am loving lately that all have SPRUCE in them. Oh, another great thing about SPRUCE is that it tastes good, therefore you don’t have to try and mask any grassy green flavors with tons of fruit.
