Creating smoothies and eating healthy isn’t difficult. It can be as easy as grabbing SPRUCE® Energizing Whole Greens and mixing it with water or my personal favorite, mixing it with a nondairy unsweetened milk of choice for a nice and creamy texture.

- a handful of ice
- 1 package SPRUCE® Energizing Whole Greens
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 tbsp hempseeds
- 1 tbsp protein of choice
- 2 cups water
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
