Ingredients
- 1 packet of EBOOSTยฎ SPRUCEโข
- 1/2ย of an avocado
- 1/2ย cup coconut cream/milk/almond milk โ your preference
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions
