Statistics show that the night before Thanksgiving is one of the most popular drinking nights of the year. To keep it safer this year, we are cozying up inside and creating our own cocktails. Tonight’s inspiration comes from our energy powder. Thinkings of ways in which acai pomegranate can be mixed into a cocktail, I immediately thought of rum as the liquor of choice. Starting with a dark rum, I really decided to take myself to a warmer place. When I think of warmer places, I always think of coconut… and then it hit me – the perfect cocktail to take my mind away to somewhere warmer!
