SUPER FUEL, the Best Energy Drink for 2020

February 13, 2020
Eat This, Not That! logo

Eat This, Not That! was created with the intention to help you make the right food choice every time. Recently, they brought together Dr. Mike Roussell, Ph.D., nutrition expert and co-founder of Neuro Coffee, as well as Hillary Cecere, RDN and registered dietitian for Eat Clean Bro to help nonexperts, like yourself, understand the differences between unhealthy and healthy energy drinks that are available on the market today. Their mission was to set out and answer the question – “Can an energy drink really be healthy?”

They used healthy buzzworthy type categories to figure out how to rank each energy drink against one another.

  • Added Sugar
  • “Energizing” Vitamins
  • Health Boosting Adaptogens
  • Caffeine

By using these four categories, the experts lined up 13 energy drinks to see who ranked above the rest and who failed miserably. The good news is that there is such a thing as healthy energy drinks that aren’t waist-widening beverages that cause jitters and make your heart pound. In fact, in their findings, there are more that rank on the healthy side than the unhealthy side of the spectrum. We are proud to be included in the list of companies that are really trying to impact lives in a healthy way and not just cause you to feel like your heart is going to pound out of your chest.

SUPER FUEL best energy drink, Eat This Not That!

In fact, we are even more proud to say that we ranked on the top of the list for ‘Best Healthy Energy Drink for 2020″. It has been our mission, since 2007, to find a cleaner way to fuel people’s busy days, and change the way people energize, replenish, and feed their well-being. We certainly appreciate the recognition but are even more excited about the energy drink industry, as a whole, shifting in the same direction we have stood by for over 13 years now.

To read more on who made the healthy list with us (there are nine in total) as well as which energy drinks you should skip over next time, check out the full article over on Eat This, Not That.

psst, BevNet thinks we are a pretty big deal too!
