We completely understand how brutal winters can be. They are cold, you tend to stay inside more, and you possibly eat a bit more of your favorite comfort foods. If you are one that feels like they could use a little more encouragement and motivation to feel more confident in your own skin by the time summer rolls around, then listen closely. We reached out to some of our favorite experts in the fitness industry to share their tips on how to get summer body ready in 90 days.
Be Your Own Motivator
Find a picture of yourself in the shape you want to get back to, stick it on your bathroom mirror and let that be your motivation. Your body remembers how to get back to your summer you. Remind your eye and mind and above all get started. -Quincy France IG: @qfrance
Boost Your Cardio
SUMMER = RACING SEASON. I amp up the cardio! More outdoor runs and bike rides as the weather gets nice 🙂 Smoothies every morning with SPRUCE and PRIME, aka YIN and YANG! #BOOOOOOST! -Kyle Axman IG: @kaxman
Keep Healthy Snacks Around
Summer bodies are made in winter, so to keep me going strong through my workouts I make protein balls from EBOOST Chocolate PRIME protein powder and almond meal mixed with water. I keep them in my bag at all times for a healthy, instant and tasty snack. -Dina Mekler IG: @dm.bondi
Increase Your Workout Intensity
For me, summer = race season. So after months of grinding out long workouts, I shift to more race-specific training, which incorporates properly fueling for training as I would on race day before, during, and after sessions. Duration isn’t going away, but the intensity is definitely going up. -Aaron Shapley
PRIME + SPRUCE
As the weather gets warmer, it makes my morning fasted workout sessions much more bearable. The first thing I treat myself to every day, immediately after my workout is my PRIME protein and SPRUCE veggie mix. -Brian Herrington IG: @your_new_fit_buddy
Fasted Morning Cardio
Eboost helps me shift into overdrive when it’s time to cut down for summer. My go-to products are the individual packets of PRIME grass-fed whey which helps me stay on track, especially when traveling (no more having to mix and scoop protein in the airport!) I do fasted cardio in the morning with a scoop of POW and then workout with heavy weights later in the day, also with 2 scoops POW. Eboost is my trusted one-stop partner for helping me feel my best. -Matt Bishop IG: @mattbishop.nyc
Clean Up Your Act
Summer is my favorite time of year and I want to be ready for anything! I would love to say I keep my workouts strong year-round, but there are more cheat days than I like to admit. However, when April comes around the workouts get a little more intense, the meals get cleaner and of course, POW stays in my gym bag to keep me going! -Mark Shipman
Energize with SUPER POWDER
Waking up early is ten times harder during the winter season. Eboost’s Super Powder has been a huge help in giving me that extra pep to get my day started year round, including those dreadful winter mornings! Summer 2018…here I come!

The whole ‘Summer Bodies are made in the Winter’ adage is a FACT. It’s important to stick to the 80/20 Rule Year-Round. I get my summer body in check by sticking to 80% Clean Eats to stay lean and 20% Cheat Eats to stay sane! A HIIT workout here and there never killed anyone either. -Juan Hidalgo IG: @coachjuanhidalgo
