With the kick off fall officially starting today, what better way to celebrate fall ingredients that you can add to your next EBOOST smoothie. Be ready, because we are all about to feel a bit more basic!
Four ingredients I love to add to smoothies during the fall seasons are pumpkin, acorn squash, cinnamon and lets face it ALL the squash. A few other staples in my kitchen for smoothies in the fall are apples, spinach/kale and pears.
