+ Carbohydrates – 16g
+ Vitamin C – 12% DV
+ Manganese – 4% DV

EBOOST Vanilla Cherry Smoothie
1-2 scoops Vanilla PRIME
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 large frozen banana
8-12 pitted tart cherries
1 cup unsweetened vanilla nut milk (check out our version here)
place everything into a blender and blend
add more nut milk if things need some help moving around in the blender
